Administration: Front Desk, Telephones, Data input, working with Patients on Applications and Registration, making appointments, pre-appointment reminders
Mobile Unit Drivers: Drivers and driving assistants
Work from Home: Making appointments, pre-appointment reminders, phone support, patient support

What can I do?
Patients at FMC needs medical personnel from all fields and administrative support for our clinic and patients. You would be surprised what all needs to be done to provide “best in class” primary care. Medical and non-medical volunteers make up our serving team as we provide patient care and support. What do you need from me to start?
The first step is to let us know you are interested and what you are interested in doing and when. You can complete the form on this page above and we will contact you with next steps. Depending on what you are volunteering to do will determine what all needs to be done or forms completed to get you to training then to serving.
How does the scheduling work?
It depends on what you want to do. If you want to work from home with administration or provide Telehealth as a medical professional then we can work around your schedule. If you want to serve at our clinic site then let us know when you can serve and we will try everything we can to make it happen. Clinic times are found at the bottom of this page.
What are the next steps once I submit my info?
Once you submit your information we should be in contact with you in a couple of days. Depending on what you have requested to do will depend on the on-boarding needing to prepare for your service. Complete the form below and we will follow up with you.
How can I become trained?
We provide orientation and training for every volunteer position. We believe it is hard to volunteer when you don’t know how to serve best. We want to make sure each volunteer is provided with all that need so all they have to do is do what they love doing. That is why we provide training, coaching and support for each area of service.
